Reading 10

Virtual Reality- Virtual Reality is our virtual world. But is so much more than that. It is one of the most recent ground breaking parts of technology, with big companies such as Sony, Meta (formally Facebook) and Valve. Have all had their says in VR and are producing bigger and better every release they make making it a lot better for the gaming industry to make full immersive 360 degree game play. Or for colleges and schools to learn more about mechanics or the human body and being able to look into these scientific researches in simulation.

Augmented Reality - Augmented Reality is also a very popular use, mainly found on smaller devices such as your mobile phone. One of the best examples of Augmented reality would be the craze of Pokémon Go back in 2016 where Pokémon came to life in the real world. But it can also be used to find information on your area making more useful than for just gaming. It can tell you where you are, via location and what there is around you.

Mixed Reality - Mixed reality is a blend of both real life and virtual living, an example of this would be Snapchat filters, where you can alter your face or your surroundings with a filter. Some companys would use it to show furniture fittings in the buyers house to get a feel for it.
